The design of the moulds must respect certain precautions for their proper functioning.

Our design systems are compatible with the most common formats of files existing on the market.

In the production of the mould the injection system, construction tolerances, conditioning circuit, the detail of imprints and of the injection point are extremely important.

The strength has to allow the right solidity in order to avoid counterproductive structural inflexions;

The efficiency and the accurate study of the system of heat distribution and cooling guarantee a perfectly calibrated moulding, and without signs of junction points and smears.
